Delete a form

Deleting a form is irreversible. It fully removes the form and all data tied to it.

Before deleting, make sure the data is no longer needed.

When a form is deleted, all tasks created from this form are deleted.

This includes:

• all form tasks,
• all data entered into fields,
• change history,
• files and attachments related to tasks.

Deleted data cannot be restored.

How to delete a form

Below is the form deletion process via the actions menu.

Step by step

1. Open Forms.
2. Go to the settings of the required form.
3. Open the form actions menu.
4. Choose Delete.
5. Confirm deletion.

When you should delete a form

Deletion is recommended when:

• the form was created by mistake,
• the form is no longer used and the data is not needed,
• you want to completely remove a test or temporary form.

If you need to change the form or disable it for new tasks, use form setup, not deletion.
