Files

Attaches uploaded files to a task or a table row. File values refer to uploaded files with an ID, filename, and URL.

When to use

Use it for delivery photos, invoices, contracts, and supporting documents. Choose Signature for signature capture, Google Drive for a Drive folder workflow, or Link for an external URL.

Settings

• Drag zone (drag_zone): the upload drop area.
• Default value and configured file IDs (file_ids).
• Name, color, title inclusion, and inline layout.

Files is also a supported Table column. For example, each expense row can carry its own receipt. Uploading an image uses this field; there is no separate backend Image field.
