Overview
Access settings define who can create tasks, see data, and edit fields at different stages of the process.

Step by step

  1. Make a list of roles involved in the process.
  2. Configure permissions for the form: create, view, edit.
  3. If needed, restrict access to specific fields/stages.
  4. Test behavior with test users in different roles.
