Google Drive

Connects a task to a Google Drive folder workflow, including files and optional document templates.

When to use

Use it when a job needs a shared document folder or documents created from Drive templates. Choose Files for direct HCAPP attachments, or Link if an editable folder URL is sufficient.

Settings

• params.folderId: required parent folder ID.
• params.templatesFolderId: optional folder containing templates.
• params.existing_folder_link: allow linking an existing folder.
• Name, color, title inclusion, and inline layout.

The user needs the relevant Google Drive connection and access to the configured folders. Setting a folder ID alone does not grant Drive permissions. This field is also supported as a Table column.
