Linked Rows

Displays rows from a Table in other tasks where a row's task reference points to the current task.

When to use

Use it on a product card to see related order lines, or on a vehicle card to see matching expense rows. Choose Associated table when you need whole linked tasks, and Table when users should enter rows in the current task.

Settings

• Source form (source_form_id).
• Source table (source_table_field_id).
• Columns (columns): IDs of child fields in that source table.
• Name and common visibility conditions.

For example, an order's Table contains a Form column linking each row to a product. Linked Rows on the product displays those matching order rows. It does not duplicate them or create the missing relationships.
