Form setup

Overview
Form setup is adding and configuring fields, input rules, and form behavior so that users can correctly create and manage tasks for the process.

Step by step

  1. Open the required form from the list.
  2. Switch to editing the form structure.
  3. Add fields:
    • the minimum required to launch the process,
    • then additional ones (as needed).
  4. For each field configure:
    • name,
    • required/optional,
    • helper text/description,
    • default value (if needed),
    • validations (if any).
  5. Verify the form in preview or by creating a test task.
  6. Agree on rules: which fields must be filled at the start and which are required per workflow stage.
