Phone

Stores a phone contact value in a dedicated field.

When to use

Use it for customer, supplier, or driver phone numbers. Choose Number for quantities; phone numbers are identifiers and may contain a leading plus sign or leading zeroes.

Settings

Name, default value, duplicate-check configuration (check_duplicates), bold text, field size, and inline layout are supported.

For example, keep a delivery contact's phone next to their name and email. A Phone field does not place calls or send SMS by itself.
