Business templates

If your workspace has no forms yet, the fastest way to start is to clone a ready-made set of forms (templates) for your industry. This will create starter forms that you can then adapt to your processes.

Available industries

The following templates are available:

  • Basic — minimal set for tracking expenses and issuing invoices
  • Basic & Deals — invoices, expenses, and deals register
  • Transport — transportation services
  • Logistics — logistics and warehouse
  • Requests and Sales — requests, quotes, and sales

How to apply a template (clone a set of forms)

  1. Open Profile → Forms (available only to the SUPER-ADMIN role).
  2. Open the templates section (Templates / “Set up your workspace”).
  3. Choose an industry (for example, Transport / Logistics / Sales) or keep All to see all sets.
  4. Click Set up on the set you need.
  5. Wait until it finishes — the forms will appear in the list. Then you can edit them: fields, workflow, access.

What will be created

Depending on the set, the system will create several forms (for example: Invoices, Companies, Expenses, Deals, Orders, Vehicles, Drivers, Requests, Quotes, Tasks, etc.).
