Workflow

Overview
A workflow defines the stages of a process: who does what at each step, which fields are available, and which conditions move the task forward.

Step by step

  1. Describe the process stages as a simple list (how it works in real life).
  2. For each stage, define responsible roles/users.
  3. Configure transitions between stages and conditions (if any).
  4. Test the full cycle on a test task.
