Using a form

Overview
After a form is configured, users create tasks from it. An administrator should verify the process works correctly: fields are shown, required rules work, and access is enforced.

Step by step

  1. Create a test task from the form (as an “employee” user).
  2. Check required fields and validation/error messages.
  3. Go through workflow stages (if configured) and verify:
    • which fields are visible at each stage,
    • which fields can be edited,
    • which fields are required.
  4. Verify access with different roles (employee/manager/admin, etc.).
  5. Collect user feedback and adjust the form.
